Well Healthy Hedonists, you’re in luck because it’s October and in October we go Sober with Macmillan Cancer Trust! The perfect opportunity to readdress your balance, whilst raising awareness & funds for a good cause.
Sober October is a fantastic initiative to rejig the nation’s attitudes towards drinking and raise money for charity, which has been gaining momentum for a couple of years now; this month will see thousands attempt to ‘give up’ alcohol before the usual decadences of the holiday season.
What does Sober October mean to you?
For some, going cold turkey doesn’t work & better balance is found in moderation! Whether you want to cut out or cut down, we’ve got you covered with all the delicious Mindful Cocktails. No one should have to spend the month drinking water and thinking mindful drinking is boring! The absence or reduction of alcohol should be an ADDITION rather than a loss!
