Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar*
- 10ml | 0.3oz ginger juice
- 15ml | 0.5oz fresh lemon juice
- 15ml | 0.5oz maple syrup
- Top up with Thatchers Zero Apple Cider*

Technique
Build

Glass
Rocks glass

Garnish
Slice of apple

Method
Build in a glass add all ingredients except Thatchers Zero Cider, stir with a spoon. Add ice to the glass. Top up with Thatchers Zero Cider. Give another gentle stir so it’s all mixed together. Garnish with a slice of apple. Et voilà this is your delicious alcohol-free cider cocktail with all the goodness from the apple!

Thatchers Zero* is a golden, medium dry, alcohol free cider with appley aromas and crisp refreshment. Crafted using a selection of our favourite cider apples, the blend of traditional and modern varieties creates an alcohol free cider with body, smoothness and character.

Apple cider vinegar* is made from apple juice. We love using raw & unpasteurised apple cider vinegar that is naturally fermented with ‘live mother’ and contains many strains of probiotic bacteria including acetobacter and lactobacillus. It has an apple-y tart and very dry taste, that really enhances the flavour of a variety of cocktails and culinary delights.
