Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Forever Summer Mirabeau Rosé Wine
- 200ml | 8oz Lyre’s Orange Sec* (non-alcoholic orange liqueur)
- 2 nectarines
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 tsp Orange Blossom water
- Optional splash of soda water
Technique
Build in a carafe
Glass
Wine glass or rocks glass
Garnish
Orange, nectarine & raspberry
Method
You can build directly into a glass for a single serve… but a Sangria is made to share, to keep in the fridge for a few days and sip and enjoy! I recommend building this mindful cocktail into a carafe, allowing the fruit and spices to infuse for at least 20min then adding ice to the glass when you serve, so it doesn’t over-dilute

Notes & Favourite Flavours
Mirabeau Wine Provence is the most magical and exciting place in the world to make rosé. This pale pink wine has been made here since 600 B.C., so it’s no surprise that this area is famous for making the best in the world. Their award winning rosé wines have been crafted from some of the finest sun-drenched vineyards in the region. At Mirabeau, they focus is on making delectable, dry pink wines that are a perfect partner to a vast assortment of foods and are diverse enough to be served at any occasion.
Lyre’s Orange Sec* This classic spirit has been crafted to capture the essence of an orange liqueur such as Triple Sec with flavours that are unique and contemporary. Lyre's spirits don't just mimic, they have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.
Orange Blossom Water*, or orange flower water, is the clear aromatic by-product of the distillation of fresh bitter-orange blossoms for their essential oil. The taste is nuanced, with a subtle orange flavour: a bit lighter and more complex than orange extract.
