A signature blend of Assam and white monkey tea kombucha infused with organic white rose petals and wild elderflower. Crisp complexity balances a fresh zesty acidity and floral notes with a dry finish. Best enjoyed chilled. Store in a cool, dry place.

Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon 
- 1 carrot
- A piece of ginger 
- 1 tablespoon honey (raw honey for all the benefits )
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric 
- A pinch of black pepper 
- 1 cup of water
- Top up with LA Brewery English Rose kombucha

Technique
Blend and strain

Glass
Rocks glass

Garnish
A carrot slice

Method
Put all the ingredients apart from the kombucha in a blender and whizz until smooth. Fill your glass with ice, then strain and pour until a third full. Top up with kombucha and garnish!! Et Voila.
