Ingredients
- 50ml | 2oz Ginish
- 50ml | 2oz Zéra non-alcoholic Organic french Chardonnay
- Top up with Kolibri Elderflower & Lime*

Method
Build the cocktail over ice in a highball glass, give a gentle stir to mix the ingredients, garnish & enjoy!

Raise your glass and say santé!

Notes & Favourite Flavours

Ginish is an alcohol free spirit with all the taste of gin & none of the alcohol. This iteration uses classic botanicals like juniper berry and coriander seeds. As delicious as its sister product Rumish!

Zéra is a French producer of organic non alcoholic wine. This is a chardonnay with fruity and classic buttery notes.

Kolibri produce bottled drinks with distinctive botanical notes and sweetness adjusted to taste, perfect for cocktails! In this drink we use the Elderflower & Lime* flavour.
