Recipe
Ingredients
- 30ml | 1oz Próspero Tequila Blanco*
- 15ml | 0.5oz Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar*
- 15ml | 0.5oz lime juice
- 10ml | 0.3oz agave syrup
- 1 tsp Organic rose water*
- Pinch of salt
- Top up with Two Keys Grapefruit Mixer*

Method
Before making the cocktail lets prep our rose & salt rim glass. Add a small amount of agave syrup to the rim of the glass, we recommend using a brush for this but feel free to get your fingers involved… warning it’s very sticky, but tasty! Once applied gently roll the agave rim in a saucer with a mix of dried rose petals & rock salt.
Now onto the cocktail; add all the ingredients except the Two Keys Grapefruit Soda into a shaker, add ice & give it a hard shake! Then strain & pour over ice into your glass, top up with Two Keys Grapefruit Mixer. Finally, add your grapefruit slice for garnish!
