Founded by Catherine Gray, and this year hosted by Millie Gooch of Sober Girl Society, the 3 month alcohol-free challenge is a perfect spring clean to break habits that don’t make you happy. This delicious, fun & good for you Spritz will mean you can still have plenty of Epic Nights & Early Mornings.

Ingredients
- 50ml | 2oz Lyre’s Italian Spritz*
- 100ml | 4oz Lyre’s Classico*
non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- 50ml | 2oz FUL White Peach Sparkling Spirulina

Garnish
A slice of blood orange if in season, or an orange!
Method
Fill your glass with ice cubes right to the top. We’ve used an unstemmed glass here, but it’s up to you! Pour in the Italian Spritz and the Classico and stir gently as not to disturb the bubbles. To layer the colours effectively, slowly pour the Ful Peach Sparkling Spirulina into a spoon over the drink so it remains on top! Finally, garnish with the blood orange and enjoy!
