Mermaid Salt Vodka is grain distilled at the Isle of Wight Distillery, with a subtle addition of rock sea salt for smoothness. Each batch is hand-crafted and then blended with Isle of Wight spring water in small batches. The locally sourced sea salt, enhances its smoothness and accentuates its subtle flavour. It is smooth & subtle with a contemporary style. Fresh sea air on the nose, subtly flavoured with a salt vein savoury note, and a clean & long finish.
