- 25ml | 1oz Bacardi Carta Blanca*
- 1 tsp coconut syrup
- 15ml | 0.5oz lime juice
- Top with Remedy Coconut Water Kefir*

Method
Pour your Bacardi Carta Blanca, coconut syrup and lime juice into your shaker and add ice. Give all the ingredients a good shake, strain into your coupette glass and top with your coconut water kefir then give it a gentle stir. Zest the lime oils over the glass for extra citrus notes, then twist and place on the rim for a sophisticated garnish.

Home-made Ingredients
Coconut Syrup:
Use equal parts coconut sugar & coconut water.
Gently heat on a low flame, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Leave to cool.
Keep the coconut syrup in the fridge (it should last a week.)
