A low alcohol minty cocktail for those who want to imbibe mindfully to keep feeling fresh! Made especially to celebrate France this Bastille Day!

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT

Menthe-Pastille was created in 1885 by Emile Giffard, a pharmacist in Angers, who transformed his pharmacy into a distillery! This white mint liqueur is made from essential oils of peppermint.

Ingredients

25ml | 1oz Giffard Menthe-Pastille
- 25ml | 1oz GIFFARD Elderflower Alcohol Free
- 25ml | 1oz aloe vera
- 50ml | 2oz lemonade
- 50ml | 2oz sparkling water

Technique
Build

Glass
Wine glass

Garnish
Cucumber ribbon

Method
Use a potato peeler to create your cucumber ribbon and stick it to the inside of your glass. Add a few ice cubes and then pour in the measured ingredients. Give it a gentle stir to combine the flavours, but you don’t want to disturb the bubbles. Sit back, and enjoy!
