Ingredients
50ml | 2oz Non Alcoholic Rum
- 15ml | 0.5oz bitter aperitif
- 25ml | 1oz Giffard Pineapple Alcohol Free liqueur
- 25ml | 1oz pineapple juice
- 3 dashes dark bitters
- 15ml | 0.5oz lime juice

Method
Pour the rum, aperitif and pineapple liqueur into a shaker, top with the pineapple juice, dark bitters and lime juice. Shake with ice and then pour into a rocks glass. Finish with the garnish, et voila!
