PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT

Giffard Pineapple Alcohol Free is made from a maceration of fresh pineapples reinforced by a candied pineapple infusion in white wine vinegar. With a mixture of candied, buttered and caramelized fruit notes.

Recipe

Ingredients
- 10ml | 0.5oz homemade pumpkin pie syrup*
- 10ml | 0.5oz fresh lemon juice
- 25ml | 1oz alcohol-free pineapple liqueur
-25ml | 1oz fresh apple juice
- Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- Sprinkle of magnesium (optional but highly recommended, for extra relaxation)

Dehydrated apple, a fresh lemon slice, and rosemary

Method
Add ice to a wine glass and pour each of the ingredients into the glass (*the recipe for the homemade pumpkin pie syrup is below), stir gently and top with the garnish - et voila!

Notes & Favourite Flavours

*Homemade Pumpkin Pie Syrup Recipe:

- 1/2 cup (120 ml) good quality maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons (35g) pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground allspice, ground cloves)
- 2 tablespoons water
- Pinch of salt
Bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
