Home-made Ingredients

Lavender Honey Water:
A beautiful way to sweeten your cocktail, add flavour and a feeling of relaxation.

  1. Put 2 teaspoons of dry lavender into 250ml of hot water and let it infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. Stir to mix and strain the lavender so you are left with lavender “tea”.

  3. Pick a good quality of honey ideally something from your local famers and mix it equal parts with the lavender “tea”.

  4. Stir until you melt the honey.

  5. Keep the honey water in the fridge (it will last a week or more).

Notes & Favourite Flavours

Edi Spirited Euphoria* tastes like fresh citrus & herbaceous hemp, with a pleasing bitterness. It’s followed by a wonderfully-layered balance of earthy tea and peppery spice, ending on a smooth woodiness.
