Ingredients
- 80ml | 2.75oz kombucha
- 60ml | 2oz rosemary water
- 10ml | 0.3oz pomegranate syrup

Build

Glass
Rocks glass

Garnish
Lemon wheel, fresh pomegranate & rosemary sprig

Method
Build all the ingredients together over ice
Give a gentle stir to mix and combine
Garnish, serve and sip!


Home-Made Ingredients

Pomegranate Syrup:

  1. Put one cup of granulated non refined organic gold sugar and one cup of pomegranate juice in a saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil and stir for 1-2 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.

  3. Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool (keep in the fridge for a week.)

Rosemary Water:

  1. Place fresh rosemary into filtered water (give the rosemary a rinse in cold water before.)

  2. Let infuse for 30min.

  3. Use a soda stream to carbonate your water.

  4. Et voila fizzy rosemary water!


Notes & Favourite Flavours

We would recommend using a plain Kombucha with this recipe but you can also spice it up with ginger kombucha or another flavour of your taste!
