Ingredients
- 50ml | 2oz Caleño*
- 25ml | 1oz sparkly raspberry syrup
- 25ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml | 0.3oz Lime
- Smith & Sinclair’s Edible Glitter Gold

Technique

Shake

Glass
Coupette

Garnish
Edible flower or raspberry

Method
Put all of the ingredients in your shaker adding 2-3 tsp of the glitter with ice and shake quickly. Pour into a coupette. Garnish with an edible flower or a raspberry.

Home-made Ingredients

Sparkly Raspberry Syrup:

The below recipe will give you 200ml of sparkly raspberry syrup.

  1. Pick 10 beautiful and good quality raspberries. Blend them.

  2. Fine strain the raspberry purée you have obtained to remove the seeds.

  3. Add 70g stevia, 100ml of hot water and 4 tbsp of Raspberry Gold Edible Glitter by Smith & Sinclair’s

Caleño* is a non-alcoholic “spirit” made from a tropical infusion of juniper, citrus & spiced botanicals: sweet yet tangy, with pineapple, mango & citrus flavours
